01 · The pane
Every piece changes the light.
Clear glass lets plain daylight through. Each coloured piece takes its share of that light, lead closes the seams, and as the sun moves, the colour moves across the room. Custom work, repair and learning all come back to this: glass, joined with care, doing something to the light.
